How the map decides
Relevance, distance and prominence.
Google says local rankings come down to these three. Distance is fixed. The other two are where the work is.
How well you match the search
Your categories, services, description and website content.

So Google is sure what you do and where.
Rank tracking
You don’t rank in one place.
Your position changes with the searcher’s location. I track it across a grid to see the real picture.
- Strong at home, weak further out.Common, and it shows where to build strength next.
- Tracked, not guessed.Real positions across real locations, over time.
- Reported honestly. What moved, where, and why.

Winning the map.
The short answer from Syed Hadi Hussain
How do you rank in the Google Map Pack?
The Map Pack ranks businesses by relevance, distance and prominence. You improve relevance with the right categories and pages, prominence with reviews, links and citations, and you cannot change distance, so the work is to win every signal you control.
What is the map pack?
The three local businesses Google shows on a map for searches with local intent, such as “plumber near me”.
Can you guarantee a top-three spot?
No. Google controls the results. I can promise a clear plan, careful work on every signal that matters and straight reporting.
Why do rankings change depending on where I stand?
Distance from the searcher is a factor, so your ranking varies across an area. I track it across a grid instead of from one spot.
How long does it take?
It depends on your market and where you start. Early movement can show in weeks, and I report on what’s changing.
Is it better to rank for many searches or a few?
Start with the few that bring customers. Winning “emergency plumber” beats ranking for a dozen low-value terms.
