1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing syedhadihussain.com or engaging Syed Hadi Hussain for SEO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Services

Syed Hadi Hussain provides local SEO services including but not limited to Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO audits, citation building, review management, Map Pack optimization, and local link building.

The scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to work commencing. These Terms of Service govern all engagements unless superseded by a signed contract.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees are outlined in the service proposal and must be agreed upon before work begins.
• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
• One-time services (audits, citation builds) require 50% deposit before work begins and 50% upon delivery.
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee on overdue balances.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Results Disclaimer

While we are confident in our methodologies and track record, Syed Hadi Hussain makes no guarantee of specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms are operated by third parties (Google, Bing, etc.) and are outside our control.

Any projections, estimates, or case study results shared are illustrative of past performance and do not constitute a guarantee of future results. Local search performance is influenced by many factors including market competition, algorithm updates, and client business decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on syedhadihussain.com - including text, graphics, logos, and methodologies - is the intellectual property of Syed Hadi Hussain and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Content, reports, and strategies created for clients as part of a paid engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. Syed Hadi Hussain retains the right to reference anonymised results and metrics for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to required accounts
• Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe (5 business days)
• Not engage in activities that violate Google's or other platforms' terms of service
• Disclose any prior SEO work, penalties, or compliance issues

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed become immediately payable. One-time projects are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syed Hadi Hussain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation in good faith.
