The short answer from Syed Hadi Hussain
What is online reputation management?
It means shaping what people find when they search for your name: strengthening accurate profiles and reviews, answering criticism fairly and publishing credible content, so the first results reflect the business honestly.
Can you remove negative reviews or articles?
Rarely directly. Content that breaks a platform’s rules can sometimes be reported, but most can’t be removed. The lasting approach is earning better, more recent content that outranks it.
