Crawling & indexing
Get your best pages into Google’s index.
If a page isn’t indexed, it can’t rank. I find out why Google is ignoring your pages, fix the cause, and show it where to spend its time.

- Found, not indexed
- Excluded or blocked
Diagnosis
Four reasons pages get left out.
Search Console gives each one a different label. The cause, and the cure, are different too.
Common causes
- Weak internal links
- Thin or repeated content
- Too many low-value URLs competing
What I do
- Link to the page from strong, related pages
- Make it worth indexing, or merge it
- Cut the clutter so Google’s time goes further
Log analysis
See where Google spends its time.
Server logs show every visit Googlebot makes. On many sites, most of it lands on pages that will never earn a click.
- Waste is the common finding.Parameters, filters and old addresses soak up visits that should go to pages that earn.
- Priority pages get neglected. When Google visits your money pages rarely, changes take longer to show.
- The fix is direction, not decoration.Cleaner links, rules and sitemaps point Google at what matters.

Why isn’t my page on Google?
The short answer from Syed Hadi Hussain
Why are some pages not indexed by Google?
Pages go unindexed when Google cannot reach them, is told not to index them, or judges them too thin or duplicated. Crawling and indexing work finds the cause with Search Console and log data, then fixes access, signals and content.
Why is my page “Discovered, currently not indexed”?
Google knows the page exists but hasn’t decided it’s worth crawling yet. That usually means weak internal links, thin content, or a site that’s asking Google to crawl too much low-value material.
